MAT Industries, Inc. is hiring Press Operators for its first-shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. shift at its Jackson, Tennessee manufacturing facility. The role pays $20.25 per hour and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid breaks, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, paid vacation, sick days, and eight paid holidays. Responsibilities include setting up and running presses, reading blueprints, conducting quality inspections, maintaining and repairing equipment, tracking project data, training junior employees, and supporting lean manufacturing. Applicants need at least two years of press and overhead crane experience, two years of LINK systems automation controls experience, and a high school diploma or GED.
