Description
The Molding Machine Operator operates injection or compression molding presses, loads raw materials, removes finished parts, inspects and trims products, monitors machine performance, maintains production and quality records, and follows safety and 5S standards. The role requires physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 pounds, basic mechanical aptitude, attention to quality, and flexibility for overtime and shifts. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, while prior manufacturing or press-operation experience is a plus but not required. The work environment is a manufacturing floor with heat, noise, and moving machinery, and requires personal protective equipment.
