Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Press Operator to oversee hourly employees and operate full-converting and finishing equipment in a packaging production environment. The role includes setting up and running inline equipment such as gluing, labeling, Straub applicators, and rotary cutters; maintaining quality, productivity, waste, and safety standards; tracking line counts; and performing minor mechanical adjustments. The position reports to a Shift Supervisor, follows a 6 AM–6 PM day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, and pays $18–$21 per hour, with potential advancement to $32 per hour.
