Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Press Operator to oversee hourly employees and operate full-converting and finishing equipment in a packaging production environment. The role includes setting up and running inline equipment, maintaining quality, productivity, waste, and safety standards, tracking line counts, performing minor mechanical adjustments, and training other employees. The position reports to a Shift Supervisor, follows a 2-2-3 day-shift schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM, and offers a starting pay of $18–$21 per hour with potential advancement to $32 per hour. Applicants need at least one year of related experience or training, equivalent education and experience, and forklift-driving experience.
