PSI Molded Plastics is hiring an immediate Press Operator in South Bend, Indiana, to operate plastic injection molding presses and related equipment, perform visual inspections, weigh and document parts, handle scrap and purging, package and label products, perform rework, maintain housekeeping, and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong work history, attention to detail, communication ability, independence, punctuality, and dependability. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
