Description
The Molding Operator operates automatic injection or transfer molding machines to produce quality parts according to customer specifications. Responsibilities include recording production and downtime logs, following standard operating procedures, loading preps, removing and inspecting parts, troubleshooting equipment, assisting with press-operator relief, and maintaining safety and work-area standards. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods, and is scheduled for the third shift from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
