American Plastics is hiring a Production Operator to run, inspect, assemble, trim, pack, and stage injection-molded retail storage and janitorial products. The role requires rotating presses, maintaining product specifications, supplying materials, and working scheduled shifts, including a 7 a.m.–7 p.m. day shift. Compensation is $15.25–$20.25 per hour, with perfect-attendance bonuses and referral incentives. The position requires applicants to be at least 18, able to lift up to 40 pounds and team lift up to 80 pounds, communicate effectively, and pass a drug screen and background check.
