USA TODAY Co. is hiring a full-time Press Operator II for its Rockaway facility in Rockaway, New Jersey. The role supports daily production on double-wide presses, including ink setting, folder operation, plate processing, reel setup and operation, newsprint staging, roll preparation, CMYK ink setting, press controls, equipment maintenance, and reporting. The position requires proficiency with Mitsubishi, Wifag, or similar newspaper press operations, knowledge of printing techniques and ink/water balance, press-diagram reading, reel-room procedures, organizational and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. It is shift work including scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires physical work involving standing, lifting, climbing, and confined-area tasks.
