Description
The Press Operator sets up, operates, adjusts, and maintains flexographic printing presses; runs jobs, monitors ink and color, performs quality checks, completes production reports, and assists with minor mounting and plate adjustments. The role also trains new employees, collaborates with Maintenance, Mounting, and Ink departments, and follows safety and plant regulations. It requires at least two years of flexographic printing experience, including operation of a 6-10 color press, and offers a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM three- or four-day rotation schedule.
