Description
The Press Operator will operate a press to cut, shape, and design metal, load and unload metal coils, change dies and press setups, monitor product quality, perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, and follow safety and production procedures. The role is a Monday–Friday 2nd-shift position from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. in Tennessee, with overtime as needed, and pays $20.00 plus a $1.00 shift differential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Hi-Lo certification, one year of manufacturing experience, drug-screen and background-check clearance, and reliable transportation are required or preferred.
