The Process Operator monitors, operates, and optimizes production installations from the control room, records production data, resolves malfunctions and process deviations, and contributes to safer and more efficient production. The role requires a technical secondary education diploma or equivalent experience, a technical mindset, practical work orientation, teamwork, responsibility, and willingness to work in a continuous shift system.
