Description
The Digital Press Process Technician operates press systems in a printing production environment, including platemaking, main press, signature creation, and delivery to buffer. The role diagnoses and repairs routine equipment issues, supports preventative maintenance, provides backup to a senior process technician, communicates operational concerns, coaches the team on safety and continuous improvement, and participates in a progression training program. The position requires teamwork, problem-solving, technical-document analysis, basic math, Windows Office knowledge, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work at varying heights, and the ability to work in a noisy environment with hearing protection.
