Description
The Press Setter prepares production orders, selects tooling and machines, installs and adjusts tooling on manual and automatic presses, checks first parts against specifications, performs routine maintenance, monitors production tooling, and explains technical instructions to operators. The role includes in-house theoretical and practical training, a 37-hour weekly schedule, individualized compensation, and a temporary agency contract with a prospect of permanent employment.
