The Machine Operator performs second-shift machining duties under the supervision of a Manufacturing Supervisor or Lead Person. Responsibilities include hand-feeding steel and aluminum parts into grinding and deburr stations, loading fixtures for drilling, reaming, countersinking, and milling, performing quality checks, filling coolant reservoirs, reporting defects and equipment issues, completing performance sheets, and maintaining a safe work environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English reading and writing ability, and the ability to follow instructions; CNC experience, technical-drawing interpretation, measuring-tool use, and fast-paced industrial experience are preferred. The position involves occasional lifting of 25 to 50 pounds, periodic stooping and bending, frequent walking and standing, and work around moving machinery.
