Standex International is hiring a press operator to support aerospace and defense metal-forming production. The role involves using Epicor to clock in and out, handling parts and materials, cleaning or lubricating parts, assisting with internal and external setup, verifying press processes, and handing formed parts to a punch. No prior experience is required because on-the-job training is provided, but the position requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, perform basic math, stand for eight hours, work in a fast-paced environment, and be open to overtime.
