Accredo Packaging, Inc. is hiring a Press Supervisor, Flexible Packaging to lead daily press department operations in its Sugar Land, Texas continuous manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Press Manager, the role oversees press operators and technicians, production performance, quality, safety, scheduling, equipment changeovers, employee development, documentation, and continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of flexographic printing press operation experience, two years of supervisory experience in a printing environment, and strong leadership, communication, and manufacturing performance skills. The schedule is 24/7/365 with a rotating 12-hour 2/3/2 night-shift team.
