Description
The Preventative Maintenance Technician will maintain, repair, and clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces at a Concord Hospitality property. Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance, minor repairs, appliance and fixture inspections, safety compliance, hazardous-material handling, guest service, emergency assistance, and physical maintenance work. Prior maintenance or engineering experience is preferred, while knowledge of safety standards, tools, and equipment operation is required.
