Description
The role performs scheduled preventative maintenance and general cleaning in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including mattress and bed-frame maintenance, vacuuming, spot cleaning, dusting, minor repairs, and surface cleaning. The position also requires reporting serious maintenance problems or safety hazards, following safety and security procedures, maintaining a professional appearance, and supporting guests and team goals. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and less than one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
