Tenant First is hiring a full-time Preventative Maintenance Technician in College Station, Texas and surrounding areas, with travel as needed. The role performs scheduled preventative maintenance, home inspections, appliance testing, minor repairs, documentation, and resident communication while protecting the condition and appearance of managed homes. A high school diploma or GED, maintenance or related experience, basic residential maintenance knowledge, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently are required or preferred. The position pays $16.00–$18.00 and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, an HRA, FSA, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other benefits.
