Description
The Prevention Advisor will work within the SHEQ department of a services company, monitoring legislation on well-being, advising managers, and serving as the internal and external contact for safety, well-being, and environmental matters. The role includes overseeing regulatory compliance and reporting, coaching employees on safe working practices, maintaining records, assisting with risk analyses, and attending training. Applicants need a bachelor's or master's degree, a Prevention Advisor Level 1 or Level 2 certificate, experience in safety and environmental duties, experience with management systems such as VCA, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, strong coaching and communication skills, fluency in Dutch, French, and English, and a category B driver's license.
