Description
The Prevention Advisor advises employers, managers, and employees on employee well-being and safety, organizes toolbox meetings and safety training, develops and implements the VCA safety management system, assesses occupational risks, monitors safety statistics, reports accidents and incidents, arranges mandatory medical examinations, and serves as the safety specialist on the work floor. The role requires higher education, Prevention Advisor Level 2 certification, at least five years of prevention or safety-coordination experience, knowledge of safety regulations and technical applications, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PC applications.
