Description
The Prevention Advisor will develop and monitor the company’s global prevention plan and annual action plan, conduct risk analyses, investigate occupational accidents, organize safety training and drills, update safety procedures, improve waste management and recycling, and serve as the employee contact for safety and well-being. The role requires a Prevention Advisor diploma (Level 1), fluent Dutch and French, English communication, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously; production or food-sector experience is preferred. It is a full-time position with a stable 08:00–17:00 schedule.
