Liberty Resources is hiring a full-time Prevention Caseworker for its Oswego Preventative Services. Reporting to a Prevention Supervisor, the caseworker provides case management and counseling to youth and families, including risk assessment, service planning, advocacy, referrals, group and individual counseling, crisis intervention, and coordination with county providers and agencies. The role also includes Family Court petition drafting and testimony, foster care placement support, documentation, transportation, and emergency response. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree, two years of experience in a school- or home-based setting, family-service experience, a valid New York State driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
