Description
Harbor is hiring a full-time Community Prevention Team Lead for its Toledo team to coordinate school-based, older adult, and other prevention services. The role provides prevention education, referrals, documentation, data collection, program development, and support for RFP and grant writing. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant mental health or social service field, prevention education experience, Ohio Prevention Specialist certification, active licensure, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle. The position is onsite during regular business hours with community fieldwork, occasional evening or weekend work, and travel within the service area.
