The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on hospital facilities, equipment, fixtures, and appliances, including service, repair, testing, inspection, and installation. The role requires the ability to read and follow written and oral instructions, interpret simple drawings or sketches, and provides two years of related maintenance experience as a minimum qualification.
