Productivity Inc. is hiring a Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC metalworking equipment and other customer-site machinery in the Twin Cities metro area and South Central Minnesota. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, electronic, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; replacing parts; testing and adjusting equipment; and completing maintenance paperwork. Candidates need at least one year of CNC machinery experience, industrial maintenance experience, relevant technical training or certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 50%. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, pays $28–$35 per hour, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on day one.
