Description
The Prevocational Coordinator supervises, assists, and trains participants in a prevocational program, coordinates individual pre-vocational plans, maintains participant records and communications, tracks attendance and payroll, and ensures compliance with state and federal standards. The role also supports the El Camino Café by developing marketing tools, opening and operating the store, preparing coffee and pastries, and maintaining the coffee bar. Qualifications include an associate’s degree in Human Services or two years of experience with community human service providers and developmentally disabled populations, a New York State driver’s license, retail and marketing experience, and bilingual English/Spanish ability. The position pays $23.00.
