RWB Thrift is hiring a Pricer to evaluate and price donated clothing, accessories, and other merchandise for the sales floor. The role assesses brand, condition, fabric quality, authenticity, resale appeal, and market trends; applies competitive pricing strategies; monitors inventory and price adjustments; maintains pricing records; and communicates updates to the team. The position requires analytical ability, attention to detail, pricing software proficiency, organization, teamwork, customer-focused communication, flexibility, and the ability to work on one's feet in a busy, noisy, brightly lit thrift-store environment.
