Monark is hiring a mid-level Pricing Analyst for a permanent, full-time, office-based role supporting pricing accuracy, product data integrity, cost management, competitor research, supplier invoice reconciliation, and pharmacy-partner coordination. The role begins with pricing and cost workflow execution and develops into product-level cost and margin analysis, reporting, demand forecasting, financial planning, dashboard development, and process improvement. Candidates need an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, pricing, procurement, finance, or data-focused role, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail; familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, healthcare or pharmacy, and CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
