Description
Oneida ESC Group is hiring a Pricing Analyst for its Milwaukee headquarters on a hybrid schedule. The role develops compliant labor rates and cost estimates for federal government proposals, analyzes solicitations and contract types, coordinates pricing submittals, reviews subcontractor and cost data, prepares cost narratives, and supports cash-flow, gross-profit, and internal-rate-of-return analyses. Candidates need 5–10 years of federal pricing experience, a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, knowledge of federal and DoD contracting, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 annually plus benefits.
