Backcountry is hiring a Pricing & Reporting Analyst in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, on a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office. The role owns pricing execution and reporting across four banners, including competitive audits, markdown and MAP/MSRP compliance, price changes, dashboards, and recommendations that improve sell-through, margin, or working capital. The analyst will use data warehouses, AI tools, Excel, and retail financial concepts, and will develop repeatable AI-powered workflows. The position requires 3–5 years of analyst experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
