Adimax is hiring a Pricing Manager to lead the pricing team and drive operational and strategic excellence. The role oversees pricing practices and training, workflow automation, dashboards, risk and opportunity analysis, KPI monitoring, and corrective actions, while collaborating with Commercial Directorate, Costs, S&OP, Controllership, and IT. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Production Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required; postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance, Pricing and Costs, Market Intelligence, or related fields are desirable, and previous experience in pricing and people management is required.
