Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP is hiring a Pricing Manager for its Houston office to lead the firm's pricing and matter budgeting function. The role oversees workflows, performance metrics, workload distribution, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives; mentors Pricing Analysts; evaluates AI and automation solutions; develops reporting tools; and partners with attorneys, billing, revenue operations, and other teams to improve matter budgeting accuracy, compliance, turnaround times, and realization. A Juris Doctor degree and at least five years of experience in legal pricing, legal operations, finance, budgeting, revenue management, or a related field are required.
