Description
The Cost Estimator will join a four-person Cost Estimation team and work from the bid-response stage through project mobilization. The role analyzes technical, financial, human, and legal risks; prepares cost estimates, labor schedules, production costs, measurements, technical proposals, and tender documents; collaborates with architects, subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders; and conducts site visits. Candidates need a higher education degree such as a Master 2 or Engineering degree, at least two years of initial cost-estimation experience in a general contracting company, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
