SMAC is hiring a Building Envelope Pricing Analyst in Toulouse to analyze bids, quantify building-envelope work, estimate costs, identify anomalies, propose profitable technical alternatives, prepare quotations and pricing strategies, and follow up on commercial proposals. The role requires a Bac+2/+3 qualification in building or construction economics and at least three years of experience in a similar role; AutoCAD, Revit, Robot, and ONAYA proficiency is preferred.
