OnePeak Medical is hiring a Medical Provider to deliver comprehensive primary and functional medicine care through office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments. The role includes patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive education, EHR documentation, and collaboration with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff. Candidates must hold an active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO, or eligibility to obtain one, along with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an applicable specialty. The position offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation, a four-day work week, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
