OnePeak Medical is actively hiring Medical Providers for its Southern Oregon clinics in Talent, Medford, Central Point, and Grants Pass. The role provides direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments; performs comprehensive assessments, orders and interprets labs and imaging, diagnoses acute and chronic conditions, develops personalized treatment plans, educates patients, collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams, and documents visits in an electronic health record. Candidates must hold an active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO, or eligibility to obtain one, along with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an applicable specialty. The position offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation, comprehensive benefits, and a four-day work week.
