OnePeak Medical is hiring a Medical Provider to deliver comprehensive primary and functional medicine care across its Southern Oregon clinics in Talent, Medford, Central Point, and Grants Pass. The role includes office and telehealth visits, patient assessments, laboratory and imaging interpretation, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, EHR documentation, and collaboration with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff. Candidates must hold an active Oregon Certified Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one, board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, strong preventive and functional medicine interest, excellent communication skills, and EHR proficiency. The position offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation, a four-day work week, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
