OnePeak Medical is hiring a Medical Provider to deliver comprehensive primary and functional medicine care across its Southern Oregon clinics in Talent, Medford, Central Point, and Grants Pass. The role includes office and telehealth visits, patient assessments, laboratory and imaging interpretation, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, EHR documentation, and collaboration with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff. Candidates must hold an active Oregon Certified Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one, along with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and must be proficient with electronic health records.
