Description
The Primary Care Nurse will develop and organize nursing care for populations, including health promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and maintenance of individual and collective health. The role coordinates care through the Health Care Network, supports home visits, and manages nursing processes and multidisciplinary teams. It requires higher education in Nursing, postgraduate education in a specified health area, active professional registration, and at least six months of experience in the Nurse role in Primary Care. The position is associated with the East, South, and Northwest zones and includes meal and food vouchers, optional medical and dental assistance, and partnerships with Wellhub, SESC, Zenklub, colleges, universities, and pharmacies.
