Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site primary care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Northampton, Massachusetts. The role includes physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of chronic and acute conditions, diagnostic testing, care planning, medication management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient and family education. Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license, maintain a Massachusetts license in good standing, and have at least six months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility. The position offers a salary of $150,000 to $200,000 per year plus health, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
