Primary Care Physician at onemedical

One Medical is hiring a full-time primary care provider for a 32-hour-per-week schedule in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The role manages a broad patient panel through acute, chronic, well, in-office, testing-center, and occasional telehealth visits; collaborates with clinical teams; performs in-office procedures; and supervises one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues. Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency, have practiced outpatient primary care for at least two of the last five years, be board certified or board eligible with certification plans within one year, and hold Connecticut licensure before the start date. The base salary is $273,500 to $290,700 per year, with possible performance bonuses, benefits, and relocation assistance.
