Description
One Medical is hiring a full-time primary-care physician to join one of its Phoenix-area offices. The role manages a broad patient panel, provides acute, chronic, and well visits, performs in-office and testing-center care, conducts occasional telehealth visits, collaborates with clinical teams, and may supervise nurse practitioners or physician assistants. Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have recently completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency, be board-eligible or scheduled for the next available board exam, and hold an Arizona state license before the start date. The base salary is $170,400 to $268,425, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, malpractice, and other benefits.
