Primary Care Physician at Hopscotch Primary Care

Hopscotch Primary Care is hiring a Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality, value-based primary care for a dedicated patient panel in rural North Carolina, with a strong emphasis on leadership, clinical excellence, care coordination, and team-based care. The role includes office and telehealth visits, annual wellness visits, patient outreach and triage, oversight of a multidisciplinary care team, participation in huddles and clinical forums, and support for operational transformation and continuous improvement. The position is based at the Spruce Pine and/or Burnsville clinics and requires board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, 2+ years of post-residency experience, an active North Carolina medical license, and US work authorization.
