Description
The Pod Provider delivers comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, acute-concern evaluation, behavioral health, and preventative care to complex adult members. The role conducts clinical visits, manages care plans, prescribes medications, coordinates referrals, supports panel management, and provides clinical leadership and supervision of Advanced Practice Clinicians. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 75% remote work and some in-person meetings required. Candidates need at least three years of direct clinical care experience, an MD or DO in an internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or similar specialty, basic life support certification, DEA licensure or willingness to acquire it, and a current valid medical license in the employment state. The expected salary range is $250,000 to $265,000, with health insurance and other benefits.
