Description
The Montessori Certified Guide leads a classroom by implementing the Montessori curriculum, facilitating interactive learning, following licensing and company standards, observing and assessing children, communicating with families, and completing professional development in Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development. The role requires candidates to be at least 18, hold Montessori educator credentials from an accredited training program, meet state education requirements, and preferably have experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or related field, along with lead teacher experience.
