San Diego State University is hiring a full-time, benefits-eligible Primary School Certifying Official (Student Services Professional III) for the Military and Veterans Program in San Diego. The role supports military-connected students by certifying Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense Tuition Assistance, and state veterans’ education benefits, advising students on academic planning and resources, maintaining compliance with VA/DoD/CSU/state regulations, preparing reports and audits, and coordinating with campus departments and external agencies. The position is on-site, probationary/permanent, exempt, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus three years of progressively responsible professional student services experience or equivalent qualifications.
