Description
Wonderful College Prep Academy is hiring a Small Group Instructor to partner with classroom teachers, facilitate small-group learning and intervention, support classroom coverage, supervise students, communicate with families, and participate in professional development and coaching. The role also includes assessment-support duties such as organizing testing materials, monitoring testing progress, and assisting IAs. A bachelor's degree is required, while a substitute permit, experience with school-aged children, a desire to pursue a teaching credential, and bilingual Spanish ability are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with pay of $25.00 to $32.62 and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
