Description
The Primary Systems Analyst will manage and support Charles River IMS production systems for multiple clients, serving as a subject-matter expert for the client’s technical environment. Responsibilities include user and group administration, software configuration and testing, interface and integration support, patch and change lifecycle management, production migration, performance troubleshooting, JIRA creation, batch optimization, business continuity assistance, and coordination with vendors and engineering teams. The role requires a technical degree or related IT-focused business degree, three years of progressively responsible fintech experience, mission-critical production software experience, SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience, and familiarity with scripting, databases, and server or network environments. The stated annual salary range is $90,000 to $157,500, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
