ValidaTek is hiring a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead to manage the 24x7 operational status of a cryptographic technical control facility supporting a large Department of Defense IT infrastructure program. The role oversees facility maintenance and process improvement, conducts compliance assessments, manages the Tier 2 technical control help desk, serves as a subject matter expert for customer leadership and stakeholders, and leads and mentors the technical control team. Candidates need at least five years of experience managing cryptographic facilities and network operations centers, knowledge of technical control equipment and DISA 310-175-9, incident and service-request management, team leadership, and an active TS/SCI clearance with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
